but.
on your comment that he should make it his work “appeal to as wide an audience as possible” would be a disservice to himself and people who enjoy that work.
plus. and most importantly not everything for everyone.
I believe I conceded that point.
But I also believe that you can make and market your work to as wide an audience as possible without ever discarding an ounce of what makes that work personal and unique.
