    “Does she speak two languages?”
Holy shit I just got that joke. WOW.

  1. At my old job we got paid to watch movies in our downtime & Death Proof didn’t make it to Kurt Russell’s appearance before being ejected. As a Kurt Russell fan I feel fine with that.

While Anthony Perkins was gay when ladies like Jane Fonda & Raquel Welch tried to have sex with him, supposedly once he had sex with a woman for the first time he never turned back.

I just looked up the octopus scene. Not only was it real, but he had to eat FOUR live octopodes. And he’s buddhist so he had to pray a shitton when it was all said and done.

    And also? “Octopodes.” Who knew?

I started reading the manga this movie was based on back 6 months ago. I got to volume 6 (of 8) and sort of lost interest. Over all it was okay, but it really felt it was running overly long. Interesting ideas, but it feels like little happens through the middle. I stopped listening to your podcast as you got into the movie, cause I still want to see how the mystery plays out at some point. Probably should reread what I got, and finish it off.

I’m halfway through the episode, so more comments to come. There are two “sequels” in the movie series that I haven’t had the courage to sit through just yet, Lady Vengence and Sympathy for Mr. Vengence.

And not 1 minute after I posted that note, you guys talked about it. So, pardon the interjection. My comment wasn’t needed.

Eric – I agreed with your comment about SNL. They really aren’t that funny.

Ok late post but I had to say, Jason was thinking about Commander McBragg.
